With a background in interior design, she brings a valuable perspective to the real estate process. Formerly an interior designer and educator, Margarita transitioned into a REALTOR® driven by her passion for community. Her expertise in interior design equips her to assist you with design ideas for your new home and to stage your current property for a swift and profitable sale. Beyond design, Margarita provides recommendations for reliable vendors to see your projects through.
 
 
With a teaching history in Marietta, GA, where she educated third and second graders, Margarita is known for her detail-oriented, organized approach to getting deals done efficiently.
 
 
Born in Russia and raised in Kennesaw among six siblings, Margarita cherishes the vibrant dynamics of her large family, finding joy in holidays and gatherings. She also speaks conversational Russian.
 
 
Currently residing in Roswell with her husband and stepson, Margarita's deep roots in the Atlanta area afford her an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market. Committed to going the extra mile for her clients, she believes in doing whatever it takes to ensure their satisfaction.
 
 
When she's not assisting clients or immersed in the real estate world, Margarita finds solace in her love for running and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including bike rides and playing soccer. In her spare time, she channels her creativity into crafting eco-friendly candles, using them as a means to support and uplift local communities.
